Feni is a spirit produced exclusively in Goa, India. The word feni is derived from the Sanskrit word phena ("froth"); this is thought to be because of the bubbles that form a light from when the liquor is shaken in a bottle or poured into a glass. The small batch distillation of feni has a fundamental effect on its final character; still retaining some of the delicate aromatics, congeners and flavor elements of the juice from which it was produced.

Cashew Liquor manufactures cashew apple products in India and Vietnam as they are the largest producer of the cashew fruits in the world. KAFI is into cashew liquor production from past four generations where we are trying to retain the Heritage of India with all our heart and efforts.
